The Doctor is unexpectadly activated in sickbay. Attempting to discover the nature of his predicament, the Doctor finds evidence that the Kazon have kidnapped the crew. Whilst endeavouring to help, he is suddenly faced with a destructive identity crisis.

Elogium

When Kes starts to eat everything compulsively, she is apparently taken ill and rushed to sickbay with very curious symptoms. Meanwhile, the Voyager encounters a swarm of spaceborn lifeforms which seems strangely attracted to the beautiful starship.
